Everyday is Bingo Day
80-Ball Bingo is a game that is rising quickly in popularity, yet is still considered a secret indulgence by many. It is available at William Hill Bingo’s Party Room each day between 4 and 8 in the evening, with new games commencing every 2 minutes. It is highly recommended that you get in on the fun before the mad rush starts!
Tickets in 80-Ball Bingo games are comprised of grids of 16 squares, divided up by 4 columns and four rows. Each square on the ticket is occupied with a number, meaning that there are always 16 numbers appearing on the ticket.
A “strip” in 80-Ball Bingo relates to a group of 5 tickets. In each strip there will always be numbers 1 through to 80 appearing.
80-Ball Bingo games award prizes to their winners according to the number of tickets that they have bought – the more tickets, the bigger the prize. However, there is always a minimum guaranteed payout amount predetermined for each game.
The online Bingo software will automatically know about and announce your win. This is independent of whether or not you have managed to tick off the numbers in the game. The Bingo hall you are playing in will also display all the winners.
Sometimes there will be more than just the one winner in an 80-Ball Bingo game. This happens when they have all met the same ball requirements, and in this case the winnings are divided up equally between them. All payouts are transferred straight into the players’ accounts.
80-Ball Bingo awards four kinds of prizes to its winners – 1 Line, 2 Line and 3 Line/Full House prizes. You will be declared the winner if you are the first player to complete the following for any of the below-mentioned prizes:
• 1 Line – when you complete a vertical, horizontal or diagonal line on your ticket by having all the numbers called. 1 Line wins also include having the numbers from the four corners or four middle squares called, as shown.
• 2 Lines – when two vertical lines on your Bingo ticket have been completed by having their numbers called.
• 3 Lines - when three vertical lines on your Bingo ticket have been completed by having their numbers called.
• 4 Line/Full House – when all the numbers appearing on your Bingo ticket have been called.
Your prize will be awarded to you if you win, even if you haven’t marked off the winning numbers. This is because the software is designed to detect wins automatically. If you win, your name will be displayed on the site and an announcement will be made by the Caller of the game.
